RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final. 

The only exception is if you received your product damaged in the mail. All lashes are final sale.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours after inspection of damaged or defective item. 

REFUNDS

You will be notified once your order is received and inspected. If your return is approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank to fully process and post the refund.
